Project Number- 20003511.01 In general, the work consists of combining and slightly expanding an existing server room and telecommunications room into a larger server room. Scope of work includes minor selective demolition, construction of new architectural walls, installing new floor and ceiling finishes, painting, roof patching, installing new server racks and associated equipment, installing a chemical agent fire suppression system in the new server room, and providing new HVAC equipment to support the server room.
