Roofing, Construction Remove existing spray foam roofing material, infill flutes, add 2 layers of insulation, fully adhere new Gray TPO, raise penetrations as needed to achieve required 8" flashing height. All associated flashings and terminations. The property, an existing single-story occupied building, has approximately 38,100 square feet of roof field involved in this project. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis: Unit and Time/Material pricing shall be required for repair of latent defects.
