Saving Project...

Site work, outdoor lighting and addition to a mixed-use development in Blainville, Quebec. Completed plans call for the addition of a 43,200-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Expansion and renovations of the existing municipal workshops building. The scope of the project includes the construction of a shelter for the storage of various materials, especially of abrasives and road salts required during the winter period, a gatehouse for controlling access to the complex and an approximately 4,000-m2 storage area for seized and towed vehicles for 150 cars. The scope of the project also includes the installation of observation cameras and a lighting system. Some renovations of the existing building is also included. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package related to construction of pound and salt shelters has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Municipal Workshops Phase 2 - Pound and Salt Storage Dome. Construction is undeway. If/when new sub trade tenders for this project are issued, they will be followed in new separate reports. Note. The initial call for tenders for the entire project issued by the owner under the number SG2023-015 P has been cancelled by the owner.
