Documents can be obtained at: https://haltonregion.bidsandtenders.ca Work of this Contract includes: Interior renovations and alterations to the Burloak Water Treatment Plant Administration area to include: .1 Departmental Operations Centre (DOC) Boardroom, Kitchenette and support spaces; .2 Removal of partition at Ground Floor Stair; .3 Renovations to Ground Floor Entrance; .4 New relocated Control Centre in former office locations .5 New Library with kitchenette; .6 New Administrative Area in former Control Room location .7 All associated required structural, mechanical and electrical infrastructure for new and existing renovated areas; .8 Removal and storage of existing office furniture as designated by the Region in space provided by the Region; .9 All demolition and removals required; .10 All other items as shown on the Contract Drawings and as detailed in the Specifications.
