Question Deadline: Mon Dec 5, 2022 2:00:00 PM (EST) The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as: The Lyons Lane Environmental Assessment Study. Lyons Lane is located on the west side of Midtown planning area adjacent to the Sixteen Mile Creek Valley. A geotechnical study conducted in August 2021 raised concerns regarding the stability of Lyons Lane and its current alignment given its close proximity to Sixteen Mile Creek Valley and recommended realignment with closure to the existing Lyons Lane. In light of these findings, the Town is undertaking an Environmental Assessment study and preliminary design of Lyons Lane to address the transportation needs and the impact to the surrounding developments. This study will satisfactorily complete all Class EA requirements for the anticipated road. Duration in months: 24 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
