Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Moapa Valley, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Site Directions: 721 South Moapa Valley Boulevard, Overton, Nevada Online Bidding: Available Base Bid Description: This project will provide restroom plumbing improvements. The project will include the replacement of all plumbing fixtures, a complete remodel of the staff restroom, capping and demolishing the waste pipe connection in the Archeology Lab sink and secondary staff bathroom. The project shall also include the installation of a water softener system as well as replacing the sewer infrastructure. Contract Time: 127 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $350.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is: $250,000.00 The project consists of designing restroom plumbing improvements. The scope of work will include replacement of site sanitary sewer, complete remodel of the staff restroom, capping and demolishing the waste pipe connection to the archeology lab sink, capping the abandoned fixtures and waste vents, fixture replacements in the public restrooms and installation of a water softener system. The staff bathroom remodel will also bring the facility up to ADA standards, replace a tub/shower with a single stall shower, as well as replace the plumbing infrastructure.
