The Corporation of the County of Simcoe with the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) is seeking submissions from Ontario licensed contractors with a minimum of five (5) years' experience and interested in providing day to day painting / general maintenance work, service and repairs to the Simcoe County Housing Corporation. Technicians performing Work under this Multi-Use List Arrangement must also have five (5) experience, as appropriate. The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. The intent of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is to solicit information from interested parties outlining their capabilities, qualifications and relevant experience for the provision of Painting / General Maintenance Work to be provided on an as needed basis. The RFPQ will establish a list of pre-qualified contractors to provide day-to-day work, service and repairs for Painting / General Maintenance services over the term of this Multi-Use List Arrangement. Qualified contractors will provide Painting / General Maintenance Work to the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) residential work locations. It is the intention of the County to create a list of Pre-qualified contractors to be used on an as required basis.
