Completion Date: April 3, 2023 Pre-Qualification: Yes The campus desires to improve interior door access systems on campus, extending the existing hardwired access control system that they currently have on exterior doors to as many interior doors as can be accommodated within the project budget. A few select interior doors already have this level of control via wireless access control that will be replaced with a new hardwired connection. The existing door hardware will be replaced and/or modified to accommodate the new electrified door hardware. 1. The project includes extending power and low voltage to the door. 2. The upgrading server capacity to accommodate new software/database requirements. 3. New mechanical split system air conditioning units to serve the electrical/communication spaces where power supplies will be located.
