**Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority will be putting project out for a rebid in the upcoming weeks as HDPE lift station and Pavement.** LIFT STATION BID" NTSWA is requesting bids for a HDPE Lift of a 96" diameter by 25' deep cylindrical structure with penetrations, passing vacuum or pressure test, large aluminum (4'x4' min), capped penetrations, vents, pump mounts, and rail systemfiberglass grating, per the sketch. Authority has the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any part of without accepting the whole thereof, or to accept such that the to be in the best interest of the Authority and to hold the bids from date for 30 days prior to awarding the contract. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities as permitted by lawsubmitted after bid opening will not be accepted. The bid form may be obtained by contacting Micah Baker of NTSWA at mbaker.
