Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course; detention facility; medical facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Gaithersburg is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform construction and installation of a central metering system for high use utilities including water, natural gas and electrical submeters as designed and required by the City at the following locations: A. Bohrer Park located at 506 S. Frederick Avenue, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877, which includes the Activity Center, the Water Park, Skate Park, and the Mini-Golf Course, with dedicated out-buildings for service, large restroom/locker room facilities, as well as a Hospice Caring facility and a residential property known as the Kellerman House; B. Robertson Park Youth Center located at 801 Rabbitt Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20878, which includes a Youth Center building that supports two baseball fields and two soccer/football fields. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Division at procurement@gaithersburgmd.gov.
