Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; theater / auditorium; and theater / auditorium.
**As of October 07, 2022, project was awarded for DIVISION1 (General Work): Joseph Construction Company awarded amount $189,300; DIVISION4 (Ventilation Work) :Quality Mechanical Inc awarded amount $170,000; DIVISION5 (Electrical Work): Linear Electric, Inc awarded amount $219,994 for a total of $579,294.00.** The existing auditorium located on the 5th floor of CMET was built in 1936 and has not been used for the last 30 years. Demolition work of auditorium tear seating and slab infill was completed during Phase 1. The scope of work includes: Provide new mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure per contract documents. Provide new walls, ceiling, floor etc. per contract documents. This Project is located at: CMET 800 S. Wood St. 5th Floor of Building 910.
