Site work for a mixed-use development in Wadsworth, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and transportation facility.
This project consists of Runway 2-20 pavement markings and striping the Airport administration building parking lot. This project is located at the Wadsworth Municipal Airport in the City of Wadsworth, Ohio as illustrated on the included map. Quantities are estimated. The City will limit the work to a maximum amount of $40,000. Therefore, quantities may be added or deleted at the Citys discretion. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, components, materials, tools, and appurtenances necessary for the performance and completion of the contract. Please direct all general inquiries to Jim Bozigar, Engineering Project Manager at jbozigar@wadsworthcity.org. Work cannot begin until a separate crack sealing project is complete. This is expected to be September 2, 2022. Award of the contract will be determined through an evaluation of quotes and in the best interest of the City. The City Engineer reserves the right to deny weekend work if City Personnel is not available to cover the shift.
