The Contractor is encouraged to use, to the greatest extent practicable, iron and aluminum as well as steel, cement, and other manufactured products produced in the United States in every contract, subcontract, purchase order or sub- award that is chargeable under this Award A certified or cashier's check or bid bond and Certificate of Surety (as defined herein) shall accompany all bids, in accordance with the Specifications and Instructions to bidders. Bidder and any subcontractors shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. Public Works Contractor Registration Act and shall be registered in accordance with the act. Bidders shall be required to comply with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 and submit proof of NJ Business Registration and submit proof of any business registration for any named subcontractors in accordance with the act.
