**As of October 31, 2022, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City shall not be responsible for bids that arrive late or to the wrong location regardless if such bids are hand delivered or sent by postage or overnight delivery, notwithstanding the postmark date on such bids. Late bids shall not be considered. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond and Certificate of Surety (as defined herein) shall accompany all bids, in accordance with the Specifications and Instructions to bidders. Bidders shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, Public Laws of 1977, Chapter 33; and City of Atlantic City Ordinance 24 of 1993, and the Mayor's Executive Order No. 2 of 1994 and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et. seq.). The Council (as defined in Chapter 4 of the Administrative Code of the City (the "Code")) reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2.
