The City of Williamstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No decision on the results of the bids will be made until City Officials have reviewed all bids. Product: Installation of single faced LED outdoor sign, contain sealed components, auto dimming display, UL listed compliance, enclosure must be durable to environmental elements, pixels should be between 10mm and 16mm. City desires for the sign to utilize the existing brick pillars located at the corner of Highland Avenue and W Fifth Street. The pillars measure approximately 18" wide, 6'9" tall with a 12' opening between them. The existing flower bed will be relocated by the City if necessary. The existing archway above the sign will be retained. Bids shall contain two (2) sign options; a) flat front, single sided, non-dimensional sign b) dimensional, double-sided sign
