** This project has been awarded to J.C. Killin General Contractor. ** You are invited to bid on a Lump Sum General Contract, including Mechanical and Electrical work, for the Lake Stevens High School Former Music Rooms Renovation Project. It is the sole responsibility ofthe Bidders to see that their Bids are delivered by the designated time. No responsibility will be taken by the District for wrong delivery by any Bidder, for delays in the US Mail or delivery services, or internal district mail, or for misaddressed or misrouted Bids. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check, or certified check made payable to Lake Stevens School District No. 4 in an amount of not less than five percent ofBidders Basic Bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Owner, after the hour set for the opening thereof, unless the award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days Bidders attention is directed to State and Federal lavs concerning wages, working hours and other conditions of employment and all requirements for public works construction. Contract is subject to Washington State L&I Prevailing Wage Rates effective on the Bid date.
