Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Stevens, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of February 24, 2023, project was awarded, start date and end date is yet determined.** Lake Stevens Sewer District is requesting bids for services to remove and replace the nonfunctioning generator and power panel at Lift Station #7 (located at 712 E Lake Stevens Road in Lake Stevens, WA). The project also includes removing and transporting the existing generator and automatic transfer switch at Shirewood Lift Station (located at 11013 30th Street NE in Lake Stevens, WA) as replacement for the Lift Station #7 generator, as well as installing site fencing, concrete pad, and electrical wire and conduits and equipment for proper operation of the new system. Tree removal and mitigation per City standards shall be included in the work.
