Parks Canada Agency requires a contractor to complete rehabilitation and repairs to 3 historic buildings (Big House, Furloft, and Men’s House) at Lower Fort Gary National Historic Site. Work includes repairs/upgrades to the fire protection, heating and electrical systems, as well as architectural restoration due to the malfunction of the sprinkler system. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 > $ 500,000, Taxes extra.
