Project Work includes provision of all required labour & materials for a fully operational heating system. Work includes but is not limited to the following: .1 To design the Septic Field System Upgrade for the school including the following work: .1 Collapse and fill the existing six (6) septic tanks. .2 Existing line to the septic field to be collapsed and abandoned. .3 Provide one (1) new 4500 gal septic tank. .4 Extension of existing septic lines to the new septic tanks. .5 Installation of new driveway at west end of school and west of existing asphalt. Driveway must support weight of a pump truck at full capacity (15,000 lbs). .6 Landscaping of the areas above the existing septic tanks and lines. .7 Excavation as required to facilitation installation of new septic tanks. .8 Relocation of buried electrical line from school to field house to accommodate installation of new septic tanks. .9 Reinstallation of septic tank high water alarm switch to building alarm system 2 Provide the required bonds and liability insurance to ensure such specified assurances to the Owner. .3 Coordination with equipment supplier(s) to schedule delivery, unloading and safe storage of equipment. .4 Layout of the work for construction of complete system and associated works as noted in drawings and specifications. .5 Protect existing foundations, superstructure, interior finishes, plant and equipment during construction. .6 Clean-up of project and site upon completion. .7 Repair all defects identified during the first year after completion of Work. 2 Division of the Work among subcontractors, suppliers or vendors is solely the Contractor's responsibility. Neither the Owner nor Consultant assumes any responsibility to act as an arbiter to establish subcontract terms between sectors or disciplines of work.
