Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The City of Redmond Public Works Department invites contractors to bid on the Public Works Cold Storage Warehouse Re-Roof project. The Project includes the labor and materials required for removal of approximately 20,000 square feet of existing metal roof, any necessary understructure repairs, and the preparation and installation of a new metal roof with snow guards. Estimated project cost is $250,000 to $300,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Project is to be started as permitted by weather and all construction shall be completed by June 30, 2023. Contractor shall comply with all provisions required by ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870 relating to the payment of prevailing wage rates for work performed. Enclose a bidder's bond, certified check (or cashier's) check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. The City shall return bid security to all bidders upon execution of the contract. The City shall retain bid security if successful proposer fails to execute the contract promptly and properly
