Site work for a mixed-use development in McClure, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 11, 2022, project is on hold. Project might rebid next spring if the budget is good. We are installing a new kayak launch ramp, and it needs a concrete abutment to anchor the docks to land. Size will need to be approximately 9'x6'x7' with steel reinforcement, and dock anchors will be poured in place. A new sidewalk connecting the existing is needed as well. Product specifications include items such as: 9'x6'x7' concrete abutment and adjoining sidewalk Service Requirements Vendor to provide all material except dock anchors for project All permits/inspections will be responsibility of vendor Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.
