Statements of qualifications should include: (1) Information regarding the firms history, financial stability, resources and availability to meet schedule, work quality and cost control prices; (2) An experience statement detailing the following: (a) scope of services provided in civil engineering, (b) experience working on grant-funded projects with a similar scope, construction management, construction observation/inspection, and (c) land surveying; (2) Information regarding the current education, experience, and technical expertise of the firms personnel who would work on this project; (3) Availability of Staff; and, (4) Professional References. Statements of qualifications should be transmitted via email to Adam Panas, Community Development Planner at the Maumee Valley Planning Organization at planner3@mvpo.org. Special Requirements or Restrictions: Labor at the project site is subject to current Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
