Renovation of an educational facility in North Canton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

1. Hydrovac loose pea gravel from the roof 2. Remove all sleeper curbs not in use and stacks. 3. Remove old air handler unit including ductwork above and below the roof deck. a. Patch decking and insulation as needed with like kind and size. 4. Install parapets at all wall locations. All internal parapets walls will be covered completely with fanfold and Duro-Last. a. If existing roof is not Duro-Last then 1.25 termination bar and caulking will be used to seal membrane. b. External parapet walls will use Duro-Last 2-piece compression metal. c. Inspect wood nailers prior to attaching 2-pecie compression metal and replace or add as needed to secure the 2-piece compression metal. 5. Install Vi fanfold over entire deck surface with tapered insulation between the drains. a. Taper will be min of % inch per foot of fall 6. Premanufactured stacks and curbs 7. Install one 2-way air vent per 1000 Square feet 8. EPDM to be cut and relieved of stress prior to installation. On built-up roof all blisters will be cut and removed prior to installation of new roof. 9. Install Walk pads at all Ladders, Service Equipment, and gas line supports 10. Membrane will be a White 50 mil Duro-Last 11. Provide 20-year NDL warranty 12. Leave site clean 13. Re-install lightning rods 14. Roof sections to be completed: See attached map at end of this posting. There are three sections outlined in red, all to be bid as one comprehensive job. No alternates.
