Site work for a water / sewer project in Aransas Pass, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Water and Sewer Project Package 1, defined in the contract documents. The project consists of a base bid and one additive alternative. The base bid is generally described as installation of approximately 914 LF 8" gravity wastewater mains, manholes, laterals, and cleanouts. Additive Alternative #1 is generally described as installation of approximately 2,565 LF of 6" water mains, valves, fire hydrant, temporary water mains, and services in the City of Aransas Pass. Procedures for submitting bids, bidder qualifications, and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders and corresponding contract documents. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for this contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of the specifications, or other bid documents or any part thereof, questions must be submitted by Monday, August 22, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Q&A portal or to Chris Boentges, P.E., cboentges@kfriese.com. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
