Renovation of a mixed-use development in Norwell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Fire Alarym System Upgrade Project - upgrade the existing Fire Alarm Panel. The new system must meet the Fire Code for Schools.New addressable voice evacuation system. We will be allowed to replace the alarm panels for Phase I. Phase I work Headend & remote ann. To be completed 2022/2023. Phase II. Field upgrade all horns to speakers. To be completed 2023/2024. Work done to include all equipment, labor and materials needed for each Phase of work. Any requests for clarification of this IFB must be submitted in writing no later than August 19, 2022 @ 8:00 AM. SSCPS shall issue a written response no later than 4:00 pm on August 22, 2022 to all parties that have received a copy of the IFB, Bidders requiring clarification or interpretations of the Bid Contract Documents shall make such request in writing via email to: Kristine Bingham, Director of Finance, via email to kbingham@sscps.org.
