Reference number : 1631783 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-30 The OMHM is inviting tenders for building refurbishment at Habitations Workman-Notre-Dame located at 2110 to 2160 Workman Street in the south east borough of Montreal. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Asbestos removal and fungal decontamination of the building; Demolition and reconstruction of the envelope: masonry, insulation, waterproofing, interior finishes, balconies (deck and railing), new roof (membrane and insulation); Replacement of all doors and windows; Refurbishment of ten (10) units: replacement of all surface finishes (floors, walls and ceilings), replacement of all electrical appliances (switches, electrical outlets, lighting fixtures), replacement of all plumbing (sinks, washbasins, baths, lavatories); Replacement of electrical systems; Replacement of plumbing conduit networks (drainage and domestic water supply); Upgrading fire protection systems. The work will be carried out in a 10-unit apartment building comprising: one (1) basement (garage) and two (2) floors (ground floor and 2nd floor ).
