BID GUARANTEE The enclosed certified or cashier's check or bid bond on the provided form, made payable to the County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid The awarded bidder agrees it will promptly execute and deliver to County the Agreement together with the required Payment and Performance Bonds and insurance documents in accordance with the requirements stated in this RFB. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any discrepancy, technicality or informalities in a bid or in the bidding process, and to make the award in any manner determined by the County to be most advantageous to the County.
