Work of this Contract comprises of repair of two cooling towers rusty bodies, replace the damaged fills in both cooling towers, replace the blades assembly in the middle fan of the bigger cooling tower, review & refurbish the water distribution feeders and their nozzles (if required), review & replace the two electro-motors of fans (2 fans -like for like and if required based on their performance amp/voltage), review & refurbish the rusty fan housing for both cooling towers (if required), review & refurbish the bearings of fans for both cooling towers (if required) (Cooling Towers CT-1A and CT-1B) located on roof level at 757 Hastings street West, Vancouver, BC. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation.
