Reference Number 0000226986 Source ID FD.CC.ON.862067.C105771 Bid Intent Not Available Defence Construction Canada - Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Cost Consulting Services: HOSO2202, Cost Consulting Services Standing Offer, Various Locations Across Canada English Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish five (5) Standing Offers (SOs) to provide "as and when required" cost consulting services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) listed below. Zone 1: Atlantic Region Zone 2: National Capital Region Zone 3: Ontario Region Zone 4: Pacific Region Zone 5: Western Region Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents. The SOs will be for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment, if mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to two (2) additional two-year periods. The maximum estimated values are different for each zone, as identified in the RFAP. Call-ups under the SOs are expected to be valued between $10,000.00 and $100,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up is $100,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
