To provide all labour, materials and equipment for the annual Cleaning of the Landfill Leachate Collection System for two years in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set out in the RFT document and which have been itemized in the electronic Price Schedule. All infrastructure is located at the Trail Waste Facility (4475 Trail Road). Liquids and solids from the cleaning process will be disposed of on site. Emphasis should be on solids removal. No water is available on site. Provide all necessary equipment to work in a confined space environment where applicable. Pipes are to be flushed and vacuum cleaned to remove any biological, mineralized and solid material. Work is scheduled when levels in the leachate collection system are low. Often this occurs from August to October each year.
