Interior Masonry Restoration - 100% raking out and repointing of the parapet walls (on interior face and accessible from the roof) - Partial rebuilding, consolidation of the core of the wall, new key stones and stone resetting - Replacement of 30% of clay brick - all concrete bricks to be replaced with heritage clay masonry bricks - Capstone resetting and new stainless steel anchors - Dutchman for capstones - Dutchman repairs - Fracture repairs - Stone replacements - Monitoring for future cracking and movement - Recording of all parapet walls Parapet Interior Flashing Repairs - New flashing and counter flashing with slip-joints with new reglets - Installation of individual lead tees within skyward facing joints on the capstones Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
