Reference number : 1617685 Review Title : Maintenance of winter paths for the years 2022-2025 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (Renewable twice (2023-2024 and 2024-2025)) The Municipality of Saint-Thomas-Didyme is requesting bids for the maintenance of municipal roads for the 2022-2023 winter season, in accordance with the specifications prepared by the Municipality with the option of renewal at the Municipality's discretion for a maximum of two additional years, i.e. 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. The documents relating to this call for tenders can be obtained by contacting the electronic tendering system by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514-856-6600, or by consulting the website . The cost for obtaining the documents is established by the Organization. No other document binds the Municipality. Any question concerning the contractual procedure and technical information must be submitted in writing to the person in charge of the call for tenders of the Municipality. A security deposit representing 5% of the total amount for the first year of the bid or a bank guarantee of 10% of the grand total of the bid for the three years. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). This call for tenders is published on the electronic tendering system, in accordance with provisions 935 and following of the Municipal Code of Quebec (RSQ, cC-27.1).
