In a spirit of fairness, the questions and answers to the questions will be transmitted in writing by the person in charge of the call for tenders of the Municipality to SEAO, so that they are retransmitted to all the people who have requested a copy of the documents of call for tenders, no later than 3 days before the closing date for submission of tenders.
