Demo and remove (1) existing York 60-ton chiller unit model YCAL0060E serial number RCNM007933. Demo, remove, and dispose of connecting piping necessary for the removal of the existing York chiller unit. Disconnect all high and low voltage wiring and conduits from chiller unit necessary for existing York chiller removal. Provide and install one (1) new York 60-ton air cooled chiller unit model YLAA005HE46XFB or equal equivalent onto existing roof platform, anchoring securely to meet seismic requirements. Provide crane service to facilitate removal and installation of chiller units and any large debris from roof. Provide and install new chiller isolation butterfly valves and one (1) new Y-strainer at appropriate piping locations. Provide and install all new piping from existing chilled water pipe system to the new chiller unit. Provide and install new insulating materials with weather-proof jacketing to replace any insulating materials removed during the replacement piping process to match existing materials. Provide and install all high voltage wiring connections to new chiller unit following all applicable NEC codes.
