Site work and paving for a road / highway in Spencer, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the road through Nichols Park from Park Street to the parking lot next to the tennis courts. The road is one-lane (12 feet wide) and approximately 245 The work must meet or exceed the following requirements: a) Block traffic using traffic cones or barricades. b) Remove installed speed bumps (they are bolted in place). c) True and level the ruts with type 6 asphalt. d) Clean & prep power broom the entire road. e) Mill transition joints at intersections with Park Street and the parking lot. f) Apply tack coat for bond, 0.1 to 0.15 gallons per square yard. g) Apply 2 compacted thickness of Type 6 asphalt. h) Reinstall speed bumps. Please specify proposed completion date. The successful bidder must abide by the New State Prevailing Wage Schedule for Public Works Projects.
