The Ranchettes 2 & 3 Central Drainage Project generally includes preparation of ROW, mill and overlay of existing pavement, addition of ribbon "lay-down" curbs, construction of storm infrastructure including area inlets, storm conduit, channel grading, and mitigation facility grading, miscellaneous related improvements and installation of fencing and a security gate. Most of the work occurs within existing neighborhoods, so the contractors will need to make extra consideration efforts in regards to traffic control and residential access. The work is expected to last approximately 1.5 to 2 years. Questions shall be directed to the Engineering Department via appointment, telephone or email. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms. The City also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals/quotations, or accept any proposal/quotation deemed most advantageous, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal/quotation received, and to revise the process schedule as circumstances require.
