Demolition, site work and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Littlefield, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 5,200-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
As of October 26, 2022, the project has been cancelled. At this time, there is no intention for the project to be rebid. Work to include 5,000 sf steel framed, metal wall panel and adhered stone finished meeting room and storage addition to existing PEMB facility. Work to include renovation to existing 12,000 sf PEMB Community Center. Work to include the demolition of a small entry vestibule, ceilings and hvac. Work to include the installation of NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system through the total facility, existing and new construction. Work includes associated utility and site work as shown on the drawings. Contractor to include an alternate deduct bid that includes all the renovations to the existing building plus a reduced scope addition that only includes toilet rooms and associated site work. The bid for the alternate deduct shall include all the renovation work to the existing building. Lamb County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all formalities.
