Clay County Public Health Center is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified, licensed vendors who specialize in heating and cooling services to replace two (2) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) rooftop units (RTUs). The successful vendor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing RTUs, installing the new RTUs, and all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform high quality work as further described in the Scope of Work.
