Bidders will be charged a fee of $15.00 to submit a bid electronically. Base Bid Description: Completion of the existing wastewater treatment system. Construction of below-grade water piping, backflow preventers, inlet manhole, bypass outlet manhole, installation of instrumentation, and import of startup seed sludge. Contract Time: 50 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $200.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the 'NDOC Contractor Background Check Application' and the 'NDOC Security Regulations Acknowledgement Form' a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for details on obtaining a security clearance.
