The project is expected to start ASAP with a tentative completion date of late February 2023.” Online Bidding: Available Fee for bidding online is $15.00 Bidders will be charged a fee of $15.00 to submit a bid electronically. The Albany County Board Of County Commissioners will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Design Build Services for the Board Of County Commissioners Meeting Room Remodel At 525 Grand Ave, Room 105 And Portal In Laramie, WY. The project consists of architectural design of the existing Commissioners meeting room space, demolition of existing finishes, features & structures and construction of a new meeting room. Contractor will be required to prepare a design of the space, meet with stakeholders, and obtain approval from stakeholders for the room. Project Overview: This project will consist of: 2.1.1. Meeting with stakeholders to define project requirements and schedule during the design phase. 2.1.2. Prepare a design based on stakeholder input and approved by the Board of County Commissioners. 2.1.3. Construct project based on approved design and schedule.
