Please identify as Bid No. EO083122-1 in the lower left corner of the envelope. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive all formalities and informalities in any bid received, to reject any and all bids for any reason whatsoever and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Cleveland Utilities.
