Water & Sewer Systems Installations - Tok, AK ANTHC may award project as a whole (wells and septic installs), or the award may be separated as two projects for wells only and septic only installs. To qualify, offerors shall provide a price for complete system installs. No partial system task contracts will be awarded. All qualified and interested parties are asked to respond. ALASKA NATIVE/AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE: In accordance with Section 7(b) of the Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDA), 25 U.S.C., 450e(b), an Alaska Native/American Indian bidder's preference will be applied in the amount of: 2.5% if the aggregate amount of the contract is expected to be more than $10,000,000.00, including all option years; 5% if the aggregate amount of the contract is anticipated to be between $500,000.00 and $10,000,000.00, including all option years; and 10% if the anticipated aggregate amount is less than $500,000.00, including all option years. Proof of preference eligibility may be required prior to award of any contract. There will be no pre-bid conference held unless extensive questions arise regarding the solicitation. If one is held, it will not be mandatory. The clauses at General Provisions 40 (Differing Site Conditions), and General Provisions 41 (Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work), will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, bidders are urged to inspect the sites where the work will be performed. State records and internet maps may provide additional site details.
