RFQ D/B - Design-Build Services for Modernization of the Alcan Land Port of Entry (LPOE), Tok, Alaska This acquisition is for the design and construction of the modernization and expansion of the Alcan Land Port of Entry (LPOE), located in Tok, Alaska. The multi-phase project includes full replacement of existing port infrastructure, construction of approximately 20 new buildings such as main inspection facilities, officer quarters, and support structures, and complete site redevelopment. Scope elements include demolition and removal of existing structures and utilities, phased construction sequencing to maintain port operations, installation of advanced security, communication, and inspection systems, and full utility and civil site redevelopment including paving, water/wastewater, and energy systems. The project also requires consideration of local workforce planning and supply chain logistics due to the remote location.
