Water Line Extensions for Eastwell Farms by ROCKHILL-WILLIAMS TIOGA GP LLC on behalf of Grayson County Municipal Utility District No. 3 of Grayson County. ROCKHILL-WILLIAMS TIOGA GP LLC will consider the bids as soon thereafter as may reasonably be convenient, subject to the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities. Any bids coming after that date and time, unless the MUD extends the date and time for all bidders, will be rejected. The water line extensions generally to be made include: water infrastructure and associated improvements, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary to construct all improvements shown in the construction plans. ROCKHILL-WILLIAMS TIOGA GP LLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities.
