The CRDA is releasing this Request for Proposal to solicit proposals to engage a qualified organization, with experience in the operation, management and maintenance of a multi-level parking structure. The parking structure is 6 levels consisting of approximately 411,655 square feet, approximately 1180 parking spaces, rooftop solar panel array mounted on a steel frame. Each level is approximately 69,000 square feet. The ground level has an enclosed office unit for the operator and public rest rooms. Parking on the ground level overnight will not be allowed, as the structure is located in a flood plain.
