Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
For additional information please go to the Districts website The Contractor is responsible for the appropriate preparation, painting, and clean-up of job site at various wastewater facilities owned and operated by the District. All work must be performed in conformance with laws and regulations, as well as manufacturers guidelines for wastewater facility applications. Contractor will provide all necessary supplies, equipment, coatings, primer, and labor to accomplish the following scope of work. Contractor must warranty all work performed for a minimum of one year 1) Treatment Plant 1 -2950 Greens Bottom Road, St. Charles MO • Abrasive blasting to decanter assembly is required prior to painting. • Air, sludge, and gas piping and supports at decanter and storage tanks. • One (1) R.A.S. and one (1) W.A.S hoist monorails and framework and gate operators. • Four (4) exterior man doors and three (3) overhead door frames on solids handling building. • Generator room switchgear and motor control centers. • Three (3) steel storage shipping containers. • Two (2) control building steel exterior doors. 2) Treatment Plant 2-13 Research Park Dr., St. Charles MO, 63304 • Abrasive blasting is required prior to the painting. • One (1) R.A.S. pump hoist monorail and framework. • Two (2) oxidation ditch mixer hoist monorail and framework
