Sheet Metal Contractors was awarded the Dardenne Elementary project. IFS was awarded the North High School project. Sheet metal Contractors for $ 1,593,935.00 Integrated Facility Services (IFS) for $ 3,264,950.00 HVAC Replacement Project at North High School and Dardenne Elementary School, to include replacement of equipment as specified to include the mechanical design/build cost an all related electrical and general construction. Bids must be accompanied by 10% bid deposit in the form of a cashiers check, certified check, or bid bond, and performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidders. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards, is to be paid to all workers.
