General work description: The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to implement all work procedures to ensure timely accomplishment of the work requirements, as well as to permit and tracking of work in progress to complete the Debary Tower Foundation Modification in accordance with the specification included in the solicitation. Applicants, both corporate and individual, must be fully licensed and certified for the type of work to be performed in the State of Florida at the time of submittal. Should the Applicant 11 RFQ-604417-22/TLR not be fully licensed and certified, its submittal shall be rejected. Any permits, licenses, or fees required shall be the responsibility of the Applicant. No separate or additional payment will be made for these costs. Adherence to all applicable code regulations, Federal, State, County, City, etc., are the responsibility of the Applicant.
