Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sanford, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Seminole County Leisure Services is seeking a qualified contractor to perform boat ramp improvements for the Lake Monroe Wayside Park located at 4150 US 17/92 in Sanford, FL. The project will include, but is not limited to demolition, drainage, grading, paving, concrete work, earth work, gangways, floating docks and solar lighting. The proposed improvements will help keep the boat ramps above raised water elevations during the rainy season and minimize pedestrian and boater traffic by constructing an additional boat launch and dock. Minimum Qualifications: Bidders (Both Corporate and Individual) must be fully licensed and certified to perform work within the State of Florida. A General Contractor's License OR a Florida Marine Contractor License are required. A minimum of five (5) related projects within the past five (5) years is required.
