The Luzerne County Convention Center Authority (LCCCA): Mohegan Sun Arena is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of an Energy Services Company (ESCO). This request is for the purpose of providing a performance-based Energy/Operating Cost Reduction Program under the Guideline of the Pennsylvania Guaranteed Energy Savings Act. For proposals in excess of $25,000, prospective vendors will be subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Labor & Industry Prevailing Wages Act. LCCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted, to waive any irregularities or technicalities in any proposal, and to make awards in the best interest of the Authority. LCCCA shall be under no obligation to enter into any contract at any time as a result of this advertisement or the RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
